Sports in Brief: Evans, 2 other NBA players suspended
Tyreke Evans, the NBA’s rookie of the year, was among three players suspended Friday by the league. Evans, 20, a former American Christian School star from Chester, was suspended without pay for one game after pleading no contest to reckless driving in California.
